• Samy calls for Hindraf 5 release in desperation to regain Indian support
by
admin, March 30, 2008
Another day, another Malaysia BN politician eats his own words. Samy Vellu is now calling for BN to release Hindraf 5 from ISA detention. Isn’t this a bit late? It is so obvious this is done out of desperation to regain Indian support in Malaysia when he should have reacted as soon as Hindraf 5 were arrested. But no, he went on yes-man mode to BN’s decision until he was wallopped in the polls.
“Samy Vellu claimed that this was not a publicity stunt or a move to win back Indian support for the party.” goes to show he knows the public doesn’t really buy his stint or have faith in it. I for one really doubt his sincerity.
Too little, too late Samy.
