Kah Choon did the right thing

by admin, April 23, 2008

Lee Kah Choon quit Gerakan has to be commended for it is a brave move. He was obviously challenged by Gerakan and Barisan Nasional to either quit his new post or quit Gerakan. And quit Gerakan he did! *Applause*

Lim Guan Eng and co. has big plans for Penang. If Lee Kah Choon’s contribution is sincere, I don’t see why parties cannot accept opposition people. After all, isn’t the point of standing for election an attempt to serve the rakyat? Following his decision to quit Gerakan, that’s exactly what he said in his response to Gerakan and Barisan Nasional show cause threat: to help and serve the rakyat. Penang’s big plans can use a few more good men and women. Lee Kah Choon’s addition is a welcomed one I believe.
