• A business startup that didn’t come through

You know, years ago I’ve thought about starting a business that does open captioning, closed captioning, webcast captioning, video subtitles or DVD subtitles. From transcription to encoding, anything that has to do with subtitling. My friend and I shared the same enthusiasm but we lack follow through. We couldn’t find the right people for the venture. We met again last night and brought this up over a drink. He’s now into scrap recycling business and doing well. Good for him. He’s always been the entrepreneurial type.
