So why give it to them? All they want is to stir trouble and provoke the Malays and Chinese.

The opposition and Chinese component parties within Barisan Nasional should stop harping on this Ahmad Ismail fella. If he and UMNO decides not to apologise, leave it at that. The rakyat can judge and this is another red mark in UMNO’s report card.

Why risk playing into an ambush setup by UMNO? We know UMNO is hanging on by their racist thread. Their fate now lies in the hands of the Malays. And what better way to reach out to the Malays than to portray Chinese as the enemy to their rights and priviledges. It worked wonders for the past 5 decades, no?

March 08 GE12 has shown the Malays are more matured and wiser to know the games UMNO play as nothing more than racism. However, we still can’t deny the strength of pro-UMNO Malays which has single handedly voted to keep Barisan Nasional in power. It is UMNO’s last resort to call on the fanatical loyalty of the Ketuanan gang of Malays to overpower the non-Malays, by force if necessary, to maintain power. The unsuspecting Malays will be exploited with nary a care for racial unity.

So guys, let the apology slip. Forgive them but do not forget.
