• Ain’t taking care of my road tax and car insurance anymore

Why do I get the feeling that the personal service you get from car sales people cum insurance agent deteriorates over time? This particularly fella has been taking care of my road tax and car insurance for a couple of years. I called him yesterday to remind him that my road tax expires next week and he told me he’s not doing it for his clients anymore. Fine, but I found out this morning that he’s still renewing road taxes and car insurances for some ’selected’ clients or should I say, more lucrative clients. Well, I know I can renew my road tax online but I’m wondering if I can renew my car insurance online coz that will save me a trip to the city.
