Ever since the gal sued McDonald’s over a hot cup of coffee that she spilled, people look for things to sue about. I don't recall people suing over thong plastic shoes. I have 5 pair of Crocs with only 3 styles and prefer wearing them to shoes, sandals, etc. I’m watching for the new styles all the time. They’re great! For Crocs to be sued over these escalator incidences is absolutely ridiculous. Ever since the gal sued McDonald’s over a hot cup of coffee that she spilled, people look for things to sue about.
