• Another friend runs into financial trouble

A friend of mine which I shall not name came to me yesterday to talk over some stuff about mortgage. My wife worked in finance before so she knew quite a bit about home mortgage. We thought he wanted to talk about acquiring loans to buy a house but unfortunately it’s the way round. He wanted to get out of an existing home mortgage. Apparently he’s in a bit of a financial hiccup and is way behind mortgage payments so we spent the evening going over the options available for him to sort things out. The best way is to get foreclosure help before considering other options. I felt really sorry for him and I hope he’ll be able to get back on his feet soon.
