• Cable hassle

It was time to do some spring cleaning around the home office work space. I also decided to shift things around. The laser printer is taking up too much real estate on my work desk so I wanted to move it away from the desk. It will be placed on top a 2 level rack table at the opposite side of the wall. However, the USB cable that came with the box is barely a metre long so it couldn’t reach the printer now that it is about 3 metres away from the CPU. I paid 200 bucks for a laser printer, can’t they give me longer cables? Sheesh! I gotta put it down in my shopping list tomorrow - a 5 metre USB extension cable. What a hassle.
