• DIY man in the house

My dad-in-law has a garage full of cool woodworking tools - table saws, drill presses, band saw, shapers and a few Delta machinery tools. He spends more time in the garage than in the house. It’s nice to have a DIY handy-man around the house who enjoys what he does. It may only be a hobby to him but the things, repairs and minor renovations he has done in my house is really appeciated. It might cost thousands of dollars to hire professional to do the things he has done.
