• Domain names I’ve missed

Until now I’ve missed about 3 domain names I really wanted to register - risingharvest.com, seoadsensethemes.com and pakatanrakyat.com.

Losing Risingharvest.com and SEOAdsenseThemes.com, probably serves me right because of procrastination. I put off buying them thinking I could always do it later and I lost it within a week or two.

SEOAdsenseThemes.com would’ve suited my CMS themes website I intend to publish later. The keywords are good for SEO as most of my themes would be search engine optimized and adsense ready. With a bit of tabbed interface, dropdown CSS menus and some features thrown in.

And as for PakatanRakyat.com, I lost it within a couple of hours. When opposition leader Lim Kit Siang announced in his blog that PKR, DAP and PAS will adopt the name Pakatan Rakyat, I did a search for the domain name and it was available. However, the name Pakatan Rakyat has yet to be confirmed by three opposition parties at that time, so I hesitated. Within a couple of hours, PakatanRakyat.com .net and .org were snapped up. I was so mad at myself at this missed opportunity. This will be one domain name I’ll sorely regret missing.
