• Finding time to shed the pounds

Having to take care of my baby girl, who turned 1 last week, is a full time job. I’m a freelancer by profession and I’m pretty used to a flexible schedule. But baby sitting is definitely not part-time and there’s no day off. Sure there’s an odd 2-3 hours of ‘me’ time when the baby sleeps during the day, there’s never a fixed timetable as to when I can sit down to concentrate working for hours on a stretch. Nor do I get the luxury of driving to the park for a 5-miler run. I’ve been contemplating setting up a home gym - ellipticals, treadmill, bikes and weights - but my humble abode barely have room for a dumbbell. I’m trying my best to get out and exercise every alternate days or as much as I can. My weight has to go!
