• Great wine

My grandma came back from Australia a week ago. She took a one-year vacation and stayed at her nephew’s house in Melbourne. It was a great holiday and she got to experience snow for the first time in her life. Glad she enjoyed her vacation.

She brought back some really good ‘97 red wine from Australia and I suggest she’d keep it instead of drinking it. Her nephew picked them and I’ve gotta say, he really knows his wine. He’s also a health fanatic and lectured me about the goodness of wine last year. Particularly an abundant compound found in red wines known as Resveratrol that may protect against cancer and cardiovascular disease by acting as an antioxidant, antimutagen, and anti-inflammatory. In short, it’s good for you when consumed in moderation. Too bad, I’m a coffee lover
