• Killing > Sinned > Hell

The 3 Bali bombers responsible for killing 202 foreign and local holiday seekers in 2002 were executed recently. I’m sure most of you would’ve read about it.

I tip my hat to the Indonesian judiciary as this is not an easy trial for a predominantly muslim nation. Justice has been done but expectedly this will not go down well with many of the Muslims in Indonesia and around the world.

Reports has already highlighted many regards the Bali bombers as martyrs. Heroes of Islam who stood up fought and died in the name of religion. Blessing their souls with prayers and hope that heaven reserves a place for them. Their death has raised fears that extremists will go into ‘jihad’ mode which will lead to acts of terror.

If heaven and hell existed, I’m pretty sure the only place the souls of Bali bombers are going … is hell.

It doesn’t take a religion and it’s respective GOD to tell me that killing people … is a SIN of the highest order.

Killing people, be it an act of revenge … is also a SIN.

Killing people, be it an act of revenge, in the name of GOD … is a SIN. And it insults GOD too. You won’t want GOD to be mad at you in hell would you?
