• Making coffee

My wife often says to me with the amount of coffee I drink out in cafes everyday, I could save tons of money if I were to make them myself. At home. Morning, noon and night.

I really wish there’s a short-course or dummy guide on coffee making. As much as I like drinking coffee, I know zilch about coffee makers, coffee beans, filters, roasting methods and all that goes into making a cup of great coffee. With barely any free time to myself, I certainly can’t enroll myself into a barista course. Engineering and programming stuff, I can do. But making coffee is an art.
