A few years ago, when my wife and I booked our flight to Hong Kong, the travel agency owner told us something insightful. She told us about her stay in Bed & Breakfast inns during her 2-month long trip across Europe. Her husband and her saved tons of money staying in bed and breakfasts instead of hotels. The cheapest rooms in 3 to 4 star European hotels fetches double the rate of a good bed and breakfast. She was kind enough to hand a list containing all the contact numbers of bed and breakfast operators in all the cities she has visited.

Well, I won’t be planning a trip to Europe anytime soon but I’m sure this list would come in handy in the future.
