• Sweating in bed

No, it’s not what you’re thinking I’m afraid. These past few weeks has seen barely a few drops of rain. The air is so hazy, the temperature soaring and I am sweaty all the time even under the fan. The air-conditioner in my room has to be switched on all the time.

The nightmare began last night when the air-conditioner broke down in the middle of the night and turned a pleasant sleep into a mess. My bed, unlike others, is made with materials that are not very efficient at transferring body heat. In other words, it’s sort of like sleeping on insulative materials. Where your body heat doesn’t dispersed properly. Never in my life, I’d buy another cheap bed. My advice is, whatever type of bed you buy - platform beds, king or queen sized bed, expensive or a cheap one - make sure the cover material is cotton and organic which are usually more comfortable and cooler.
