• Time to exercise and diet again

Damn it. I hit the scales this morning for the first time in a week and it’s not looking good. I’ve gained more than 2kg after having couped up in the home office rushing for a project deadline. I barely had time to read the newspaper. It’s been a work-eat-work-eat-sleep week and I feel like so burned out. Needless to say, I haven’t ran a mile for more than week. I’ve even skipped dieting and fat burner pills using my work rush as an excuse to take a break from my torturous weight-loss routine. The scales was like yelling at me to get back into my groove and start exercising asap. Also it’s time to kiss those late night suppers goodbye for a while.
