Winamp has now reached version 5.541 and looking back all the way to version 3.0, I just realise how bloated this MP3 player has become. Comparing version 5.0 to the current 5.541, you’ll notice Winamp installation file size has doubled from 4MB to 9MB. Like most softwares that has become bloated through the years, you’ll find the developers often add fancy features that lacks in actual functionality. Things you don’t really need or want.
