We were invited to join several of our church members for a seafood lunch at Sitiawan today. So we took little Clarisse to my mom-in-law’s house for the day. We decided not to take her along as she still has borderline fever. My wife and I loves seafood and I tell ya, there’s no better place than to enjoy fresh and reasonably priced seafood than the seaside town. We ate till our guts could take no more. I felt like I put have immediately put on ten pounds. But we couldn’t help it. The last time we been here was more than a year ago. That was our excuse for indulging on loads of fresh fish, prawns and crabs today. This weekend I’d have to hit the gym and the track overtime to shed those sinful pounds. I might even have to go on a diet for a few weeks and resort to weight loss pills too. As months of sitting in front of a PC has made my weight ballooned by more than 20 pounds.

Just a short drive, roughly 50kms away from my place. He is bringing his entire family along and wanted to [...]

April 1, 2009Twice a month. That’s how little I jog these days. For the past 3 months, my workload has been overwhelming. With family commitments and chores on top of work, it’s tough to find the time to sweat it out on the running track. I managed to jog for 30 minutes this evening. After months of being [...]
