• Acne problems getting serious

I think it might be due to late nights, sleep deprevation or work pressure. I’ve been experiencing acne breakouts lately around my face. Especially the chin area and bottom of my cheeks. My face has not been prone to acne attack since my high school days. But I guess the pimples on my face is an indication that I might need to use some acne skin treatment. Washing my face regularly doesn’t seem to be enough to keep acne away anymore. I might need to look into my diet as well, my wife said.
