• Broadband back on its feet again

My internet connection fares much better now. Download speed is flying and most importantly I’m not experiencing severe timeouts when loading major websites. It’s been nearly 24 hours of online headache and Streamyx is notorious for their incapability to provide a stable, smooth and reliable broadband service 24/7 365 days. Seriously, I don’t think I’m demanding or asking too much. After all, I’m paying RM88 per month which justifies me ranting for what the package promises, not just best effort. I am required to pay them in full with no discounts despite all the problems. If TM can’t even give us reliable 1.5Mbps, what hope can we have that TM can deliver its promises when HSBB gets underway which brings about 4Mbps and more. TM has some serious mismanagement issues.
