Could Teoh Beng Hock rest in peace?

by Stanley, July 17, 2009

” Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz cautions against pointing the finger at the MACC for Teo’s death … “, Malaysiakini.com

Again, I completely disagree with what our scumbag minister says. In fact I dare go further by saying MACC is the main suspect. This is a murder case in my book.

Let’s put MACC in perspective.

Khir Toyo, with his RM24 million mansion, should have been at the top of the interrogation list. But no, Khir Toyo is still on the loose. Our PM and DPM has not uttered a single word about the obvious corruption and excesses by Khir Toyo. Why is MACC not showing equal amount of zeal and urgency in investigating Khir Toyo?

PKFZ’s RM12 billion scandal? Shouldn’t MACC be right up Ong Tee Keat, Ling Liong Sik, Chan Kong Choy and everyone involved’s ass?

On the other hand, MACC efficiently raided the offices of two Selangor Pakatan Rakyat reps. We have Teoh Beng Hock, a political aide to Selangor exco DAP’s Ean Yong Hian Wah, killed while in MACC’s custody and interrogation. Many Pakatan reps, DAP especially, have bear the the full brunt of MACC’s biased and political motivated selective persecutions.

Speculations of foul play are rife on Teoh’s death. But I could buy it. Even Raja Petra’s writing on the wall sounds more believable to me than BN’s spin trying to make it look like he’s suicidal or accidental death. There can only be so many ‘accidental’ deaths occuring within MACC or PDRM’s premise before it starts to sound unbelievable.

MACC and PDRM will brush this case under the carpet. Just like Kugan’s death. Their mainstream media will spin it. Pro-BN bloggers too will try their best to spin it. But they ain’t gonna pull wool over the eyes of the nation for long. Rocky tried hard, but look at the responses he got. Those merely represented a fraction of those who felt we’re being taken for a ride.

I wish to offer my condolences to Teoh’s family. But whether his spirit would rest in peace? May his killers face the wrath of karma soon.

Share your disgust and frustration at Lim Kit Siang’s post “First case of death-in-custody in MACC HQ” as well.

  1. You bring up a lot of points that I myself have found unable to swallow.

No one with any semblance of intelligence will believe that Teo could possibly commit suicide at the MACC headquarters. It’s even more bizarre that he would tear his pants before he did so. Not a very glamorous way to die, is it?

The face of evidence is overwhelming. And that is what the MACC has been unable to hide. They have not allowed the family lawyer to be present at the identification. That certainly sounds suspicious.

    It’s pretty obvious.

This was a political aide who had nothing to hide.

Not an ex-MB with a Balinese-style house worth RM24 million.

Not a Prime Minister in-waiting who had affairs with a Mongolian model cum translator.

Not your average Barisan Nasional crook with a hundred corruptions to his name.

But the MACC was out for some dirt on him at all costs. Unfortunately they went too far, and now the young man is dead.

His blood is on their hands. May their souls know no peace.

    Crankster,
