“They don’t make things like they used to”. This phrase is growing more and more common these days. Whenever something breaks down or gets faulty around the house, I can’t help but wonder why are we paying so much money for stuff that is so lacking in quality and reliability. Take my bathroom faucets for instance, it’s giving me problems with the water flow and is leaking again. I remember having it replaced less than 2 years ago. It is very annoying when things like that break down so often. It pays to buy better quality stuff even if it costs double the price of a cheap one. It pays for itself in the long run. Lasts a whole lot longer too and saves you the headache of having to deal with repairs.
