• Lost a few pounds this week

Just hit the scales today after a week of insane exercising and dieting. The needles points at 84kg. Down from 85kg. That’s not exactly inspiring but hey, I’m fine with it. As long as I’m not gaining weight, I’ll take any number. But frankly, I can’t dedicate this much exercising and dieting routine week in week out. As much as I’d like to lose weight naturally, its only a matter of time before I have to resort to weight loss or fatburners supplement to shave off excess kilos. Dieting really sucks but I have no choice but to bear with it. Or else, my weight goes up easily.
