When one think of tiles for renovating a house, marble and ceramic are common materials used in flooring tiles. Wood for flooring is also a popular choice for today’s modern home. But my friend Joe, an interior designer by profession, opted for something a little different in some parts of his newly renovated million-dollar house. He used metal tiles for kitchen and bathroom backsplashes which I think looks pretty cool and beautiful. And from a practical point of view, it makes sense.
