Public speaking. We tend to overestimate our ability to face the crowd and talk to an audience. We frown upon those who take to the mic but deliver awful speeches. We poke fun at how nervous they are, forgot what they want to say and think we can do a better job. But trust me, public speaking is not for the faint hearted. Especially when its your first time doing it.

There are all sorts of help available to psyche you up and prepare for your big moment. But I’ve never heard of this: the speech pill?
