• Thaipusam traffic jam in Ipoh tonight

My friend invited my family and I to their home for dinner. We left at 9.10pm but got home nearly an hour later in a route that normally takes no more than 30 minutes. Thaipusam festivities jammed up the streets stretching 3 - 5kms from the main temple. And of course, there’s another gathering organised at the Mentri Besar residence where Anwar Ibrahim, Hadi Awang, Lim Kit Siang and Nizar is schedule to give speeches. It’s been an exhausting day so I guess I’ll skip the event. I would’ve loved to attend, shoot some video clips, some photos and all.

But if you’re reading this, remember to wear black garments on Tuesday to protest against Barisan Nasional and the Perak sultanate! I’ll be wearing black underwear too.
