• Trying to maintain 5km run

I hit the jogging tracks today at 3pm for my weekly 3km jog. These days I could barely find enough time to exercise. But I make damn sure I run twice a week to maintain what’s left of my stamina.
I hit the 3km mark with ease today. It must’ve been something I ate today. Or the cool weather and calm air. I kept going without feeling stressed out or breathless. By the time I stopped, I have done 6kms without getting terribly out of breath. Must have been one of my in-form days I guess. My comfortable range averages about 4kms.
Yea I know I still suck at stamina. I seriously need to jog more than twice a week. If time permits, I would’ve loved to jog 5kms every alternate days. Its about time I say no to an expanding waistline which needs no less than serious dieting and a supplement of weight loss products. That is on top of regular exercising of course.
