• Two-hour black out

This post was written after two hours of electricity black out in my area. There’s been a slew of short black outs lasting from a couple of seconds to 2 minutes lately, but tonight we’ve been hit by a terrible long stretch one. Lasting slightly more than two hours. Even the backup lamp ran out of juice. We had to resort to lighting a candle for some illumnination. With the air conditioner off, the bedroom feels like an oven. I had to sleep on the floor as the bed makes me sweaty. My wife and I had to wake our two year old girl up to remove her pyjamas as the room become very warm. Leaving only her diapers on. It feels so good be back online now.
