Sifting through all the marketing mumbo-jumbo is one thing I always do. What I look for is value, weight loss potential, metabolism effect, appetite suppression, ingredient quality, safety, company reputation and long term results from trusted consumer testimonials. It’s not easy to keep up with new products being introduced so frequently but some due diligence is advisable.
