• Acne lotion

Due to stress, lack of sleep and an undisciplined diet I’m experiencing some acne problems in my face lately. A couple of zits here and there doesn’t worry me but lately they are popping out quite frequently and in bigger numbers. The last time I had to use anti-acne lotions or creams was years ago. When I checked it today, it was way past its expiration date. Although I’m sure a good acne lotion or cream would get rid of the zits, I’m more concerned what is triggering the breakout. I’m sure lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle, eating unhealthy oily food and working into wee hours of the morning is definitely to blame.
