• Best fat burning exercises

After a chat with my running partner who recently took up weight lifting pretty seriously, I’ve been thinking about hitting the weights too. All the exercises I’ve been doing in the past few years were cardio intensive, running for instance. Except for tennis which I took up seriously more than ten years ago. Running ranks pretty high on the best fat burning exercises but building muscle mass remains one of the best weight loss activities of all time. Muscles burn fats. If you maintain your lean muscle mass and keep them toned, they burn fat even when you’re inactive. In the long run, muscles help you lose serious weight. I’ve gotta hit the weights man.
