Detoxifying colon cleanse

Following my bout with food poisoning, my wife suggested I should start regular detoxification diet and colon cleanse. I think I’m already off to a good start regularly eating a good portion of fruits but I should be eating more citrusy fruits like lemon, oranges and lime. Vitamin C is a good detoxifying agent. Vegetables though, I admit is lacking from my diet simply because I don’t fancy it much. Broccoli sprouts, garlic, turmeric, onions and most chlorophyl rich green vegetables are found to be excellent food to detoxify our body. Green tea too has detoxifying properties but it’s something I don’t see myself drinking much considering I love coffee very much.
