• Losing weight

I had dinner with some friends last week. The last time we met, it was about a year ago. They noticed I had lost quite a bit of weight and asked if I’ve been dieting. If so, suggest some diets that work. While I do diet regularly, I believe the thing that caused me to lose a big part of my weight is active lifestyle and stress considering I’ve never exercised at all for one whole year. Wait, no exercise? So what contributed to the ‘active’ part of my life? Parenting. The past year has been difficult for us. Ever since baby two arrived, both my wife and I are struggling with responsibilities of taking care for a toddler and an infant. Parenthood is no bloody joke, especially to new parents. Just when we thought we’re getting used to parenting, we get overwhelmed again physically and emotionally with the added burden of two kids. Although I’ve lost weight, I’m not happy with the way I’m losing it. It’s not a healthy way of losing weight. In the long run, it may do more harm to my health than me not losing weight at all.
