• Malaysians reject Warisan Merdeka 100-storey mega tower Facebook page

If you feel disgusted with Najib’s decision to build Warisan Merdeka, a 100-storey high mega tower in the heart of KL, please go to this Facebook page. “Like” it and write a word or two how you feel about it.

RM5 billion could have been channel into better public transportation, education, health care, economy and many more. Within a few days, the Facebook page is liked by more than 50k Malaysian Facebook users. And the number is increasing every minute. Will Najib ignore the backlash from Malaysians? If he do so, the slogan ‘rakyat didahulukan’ is bullshit.

It took me by surprise when Najib announced Warisan Merdeka in the 2011 budget. BN has got the biggest balls of any government in the world to even come up with such a ridiculous, expensive and wasteful project after suffering their worst election in 2008. It’s like BN is shoving a 100-storey long middle finger in the rakyat’s face. Is BN so confident they will not be ousted in the next general election or the one after next? Seems to me they are planning to hang on to power, by hook or by crook.

Vote them out to stop Malaysia from going bankrupt. By the looks of it, UMNO is hellbent on siphoning the nation’s coffer fast, every single sen of it asap.
