• RAM prices dropping

RAM prices are falling. 4GB sticks of RAM is starting to become the norm these days as you can see their huge drop in prices. I should’ve waited a bit longer to upgrade my PC and opt for a 4GB stick instead of 2GB. Multi-tasking can sometimes consume a lot of RAM. Especially Firefox and Photoshop which I often have running simultaneously. I no longer tweak Firefox to reduce memory usage as much as possible. Or run CleanMem on a scheduled 5-min intervals to free up unused RAM ever since I got myself 2GB of RAM. But if prices for 4GB RAM continue to drop lower, I might just add one to make it a total of 6GB.
