Running again after deadline rush

Once my deadline rush is over, I’m planning to start running seriously again. I’ll start with some short 3km runs twice or three times a week for one month. Then onto 5km - 8km runs consistently within three months. With my unexpected weight loss, I think I’m in pretty good shape physically to pick up running again. Since I ran 5-8km regularly while my weight was 10-15kg more than I am now, I think I shouldn’t have any problems getting back into my running routine within three months.
