• Running feels so good

Many people think runners do so to lose weight. Both for health reasons and perhaps vanity. What non-runners do not know is that running plays an important role in helping a person relax, release stress and clear minds. I did not realise that before my running routine was interrupted due to domestic commitments. It was then I realised how good my body and mind felt after regularly long distance runs. Despite being one of the most strenous and demanding physical activity, I have to admit running is pretty addictive. I really miss it.
