• Secret chocolate

Among all the Christmas gifts I received this Christmas, my aunt Emily’s box of home-made chocolates is the most anticipated, unique and special. While most people would just hit the shopping mall for presents, she would spend days making chocolates. And the chocolates she makes put most chocolates on shopping mall shelves to shame. She imports some of the finest pure cocoa and cocoa liquor she could find from South America and works her magic with some secret chocolate recipes. Yes, secret as in she never teaches or revealed her chocolate recipes to anyone. I don’t care as long as I get some every Christmas. The chocolates melt so smoothly in the mouth and tastes so rich, you’d swear they are imported from some of the finest European chocolate producers.
