• My daughter and I are having a cold again

Both my daughter and I are having a cold right now. Ever since she started pre-school, I’ve lost count how many times she had a cold. And spreading the bug around our home. If I remember correctly, this is the 4th time I’m suffering from a cold since Christmas.

We are now sleeping without the air-conditioner running to help her recover quickly. Her runny nose will drag on for days if she sleeps with the air-conditioner on. This is because it acts like a dehumidifier. The dry air irritates the nasal path and causes more mucous.
