• Gaining weight during Ramadan fasting
by Stanley, August 31, 2011
My Muslim friend told me she hate the weight she put on during Ramadan. Yes, you heard right. During the fasting month of Ramadan. This was after I asked how many pounds you tend to lose after a month of fasting. To my surprise she said most of her friends and family actually gain weight instead of losing it, and here’s why. She gorge as much food as they can before fasting starts for the day. Simply to keep her from getting hungry. When fasting ends by evening, the eating resumes until late at night. Fat burners that actually work requires some sort of discipline when it comes to eating. Despite using weight loss supplements during Ramadan, she gained a few pounds. So keeping weight at bay is not about how long you starve yourself. It’s more important to maintain a healthy eating habit, schedule and food portion. And with some help from fat burners, you’ll lose weight in no time.
