We celebrated our son’s two-year-old birthday earlier this month. We didn’t organise a birthday bash whatsover, we just invited a few close friends and family members over for dinner. Birthday boy received many presents that night. But one stood out and made an impression, at least to me. My aunt gave him a Thomas the train watch with a very special dial face. She went to look for personalized gifts for him. Picked Thomas the train themed product, my son’s favourite cartoon character apart from Barney. And being able to put my son’s face on Thomas train is a nice touch. He was really amused when he saw his face on Thomas the train. It remains his favourite birthday present until today.
