• Planning to get back to serious running

It’s been a very busy two years since baby number two came along. I used to run 5km every alternate days but now, I could barely squeeze one running session in a week. My weight though, surprisingly, has dropped. But that is due to a very busy lifestyle filled with stress and lack of sleep. My weight drop is not the healthy kind and this worries me somewhat. So I talked to my wife, I must really drop some unimportant daily chores and errands that takes up my time. And put that into my running schedule which I hope could see me run at least 3 times a week. Run more and run longer. A healthy body is much more important than dusty corners.
