Thinking about getting a ceramic knife

I’ve read much about Kyocera ceramic knives. Nearly all feedback and reviews are compliments to how bloody sharp the knife is. Ceramic knives are not only sharp, they retain their sharpness many times longer than any other materials. It is deceptively light as many reviewers said they were surprised by it’s lack of weight. It felt and look like a toy knife when they see it for the first time. But as soon as they cut something with it, it’s definitely not a toy. It is a piece of serious cutlery. It demands the utmost care when using it simply because it can be too sharp. Can’t wait to get my hands on one to understand what the hype is about.
