• Anwar Sodomy II trial verdict tomorrow

Tomorrow’s gonna be an exciting day. Like 308, tomorrow’s 3 digit date may end up being equally famous. PR supporters, mainly from PKR, has already gathered a group of supporters to rally support for Anwar. The police seems to have given the rally the green light. PKR said during the meeting, no conditions were given. The assembly was approved unconditionally but there is doubt BN would let rally proceed without trouble.

Sodomy 2 is a repeat of 1998’s unfair trial full of inconsistent testimonies, biased judiciary and evidence fabrication. Saiful’s contradictory and inconsistent testimony would have been an insult to the court of law. But not in a BN’s court. The defense had no chance to clear Anwar’s name. We are merely waiting for tomorrow, verdict day. And a guilty verdict is to be expected.

In 1998, throwing Anwar in jail for sodomy gave us PKR. Will sodomy II give us Putrajaya?
