Stay away from these food types to keep acne away

Suffering from acne? You may want to try refraining from certain types of food. Yes, most people are oblivious to the fact that acne gets triggered by food types.

  • Sugar - It’s impossible to avoid sugar altogether I know but try your best to refrain from highly concentrated refined sugar consumption. Soft drinks, sweets, chocolates and such aggravate acne.
  • Iodine - Usually found in abundance in seafood. Shrimps, prawns, lobsters are highly loaded with iodine which aggravates acne breakouts.
  • Animal lard - is essentially animal fats. Vegetable fats on the other hand is healthy. Animal fats breaks down naturally and decompose just like human flesh. It’s inevitable and breaking down creates toxins. Toxins seep into the blood stream and before you know, acne breakout.
  • White flour - anything that is made from it is not recommended. It’s a hard to digest substance for the body. When combined with sugar and fats, you’re doing some serious injustice to your boy.
  • Alcohol - wine, beer or liquor slows down metabolism. Aggravates acne breakut.
  • Coffee - it’s really caffeine we’re talking about here and that includes cola and tea. The stimulant properties in caffeine cause acne breakouts.
