• Weight loss success story

A sedentary lifestyle is a trait that doesn’t belong to any weight loss success stories. I couldn’t agree more. Since my Indonesian maid ran off two months ago, my wife and I had to do all house chores ourselves, on top of taking care of our two kids. Life was hell of a lot busier and it really stressed us out physically. From the moment we wake up until midnight, we barely have any time to rest. Without us even realising it, my wife and I lost quite some weight in the last 3 months. So even if you’re taking weight loss supplement and dieting, I believe a more physically active lifestyle is the missing piece of the puzzle that will ensure 100% success in losing weight.
