Yahooo! BERSIH 3.0 is on!

Honestly I have no shadow of a doubt Malaysia needs another Bersih rally. The election committee is the only hurdle opposition needs to break through to get to Putrajaya. BN knows it, and they won’t comply to demands of fair general election no matter what. Anyone who is naive enough to believe the government has any intention at all to reform the election committee is seriously misguided.

I read that BERSIH 3.0 will rally in various states of the country. I never had a chance to take part in 2.0 held in KL last year due to family commitments. I’m getting my chance now to show my support for a fair and square democracy.

I will expect UMNO to come up with all sorts of tricks to prevent BERSIH 3.0. The previous rally was a major success despite the violent crackdown. Citizens were barred from entering the city. But still the rallying crowd was massive.

Bersih rallies create awareness and make national headlines. But the violent crackdown is what made headlines all over the world. Perhaps we should all thank UMNO for making BERSIH such a huge success.
